I am 74-years-old,a disabled teacher; the son of a coal miner, born in Spangler,PA. I live in the Town of Tonawanda, New York. I believe in helping people live healthier lives through Exercise in a recreational environment. I help others live a healthier life through my research on healthy foods and by bringing people together in badminton and tennis groups. I believe in living well, loving much and laughing often. My educational backgground consists of a BS,and MS in Education from Buffalo State Teachers' College (1959);teaching High School Industrial Arts 22 ears, immigrant inspector for 11 years,a Licensed Real Estate Broker. My back-ground includes writing editorials for 35 years in the Buffalo News. I serve the Community in non-profit activities like Badminton, Senior Tennis League, my book on "Make Eating A Lifestyle Change" as encouraged by my physician, Ralph J. Argen, M.D., F.A.C.P. I have two sons and three grandchildren. I am interested in improving health using whole food, not prescription drugs or supplements, no smoking, no alcohol, sugar, high sodium, trans-fats and fried foods.
